MEPCO Duplicate Bill

A duplicate MEPCO bill is simply a fresh copy of your latest bill. You can get it online in under a minute with your reference number, then print it or keep it as a PDF.
Get your duplicate bill online
- Open the MEPCO bill checker. Type the 14-digit reference number from an old bill, or switch to the customer ID.
- Press Open my bill. The bill opens on bill.pitc.com.pk, the official bill service for MEPCO.
- Print it or save it. Open your browser's menu, choose Print, and pick your printer. To keep a digital copy, pick Save as PDF as the printer.
On a phone? In Chrome on Android, open the menu, tap Share, then Print. In Safari on iPhone, tap Share, then Print, and share the preview to save it as a PDF.
Other ways to get a copy
- MEPCO SMART app. The MEPCO SMART app lists a pay bill service to download your bill and pay it online. It is on the App Store and Google Play.
- Customer service centre. MEPCO's FAQ says duplicate bills are available at its customer service centres.
Lost the bill and the reference number?

After you have the bill
- Check the amount and the due date, then pay the bill before the due date to avoid the higher late amount.

How can I get a MEPCO duplicate bill online?

Can I get a duplicate bill without the reference number?
You can search with the customer ID printed on your bill instead. If you have neither, visit your MEPCO customer service centre. MEPCO says duplicate bills are available there.
Can I download an older month's MEPCO bill?
The online service shows your latest bill. For a copy of an older month, ask at your MEPCO customer service centre. The billing history box on your current bill already lists the units and amounts of recent months.
What should I do if my bill never arrives?
Get the duplicate online so you can pay on time. MEPCO's FAQ says that if your bills often arrive late, you should contact your sub-divisional office.
