The short version
- There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms that collect your personal details.
- Your reference number or customer ID goes from your browser straight to the official PITC bill page. It is not sent to us, and we do not store it.
- The bill calculator runs entirely in your browser. The units and load you type are not sent anywhere.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages are requested. This includes your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. It is used to keep the site running and secure, and it is not combined with anything that identifies you.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies.
Advertising
This site does not show ads at the moment. If ads are added later, this policy will be updated first to explain which advertising partner is used and how its cookies work.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply. We do not add you to any list.
Third-party websites
When you open your bill, you are on bill.pitc.com.pk, which is run by PITC under its own policies. Other official links go to NEPRA, MEPCO and app stores, which also have their own policies.
Children
This site is a general information service and does not knowingly collect information from children.
